Incredibly Successful Year 2022 and a growing 2023 for JCM Global

(Las Vegas, SoloAzar Exclusive).- “Some highlights included our signing a master supply agreement with Caesars Entertainment, Inc.” commented Dave Kubajak, SVP of Sales, Marketing & Operations at JCM Global during the interview SoloAzar made to talk about the performance of last year and the expectations of the 2023. The company is a leader in creating innovative and award-winning automated transaction solutions for diverse industries. It offers a wide range of automated transaction solutions with a focus on providing the best end user experience for all payment technologies.
How was the 2022 for the company?
2022 was a successful year for JCM as we focused on expanding systems and developing new partnerships. Of particular note, our FUZION and ICB systems and our DSS Digital Signage Solutions business grew exponentially. Some highlights included our signing a master supply agreement with Caesars Entertainment, Inc., under which we will supply JCM technologies to more than 50 Caesars Entertainment destinations in the U.S. and Canada. With FUZION, we integrated Everi’s digital CashClub Wallet® technology and Global Payments Gaming's VIP Mobility cashless gaming solution into the technology, and we also deployed both NFC and Bluetooth enabled connections, giving operators more options for cashless solutions. Operators across North America continue to adapt and deploy our ICB Intelligent Cash Box system, including 7,600 gaming devices at 12 Cherokee Nation casino properties.
What is your evaluation of 2022? How have you seen the market and how has it resulted for the company?
We were humbled to have record demand for JCM products and services, and we are thankful for each of customer’s support. Since the company was founded in 1955, our spirit of innovation has guided us to create award-winning solutions that help our customers, and we are thrilled with the industry’s response to our innovations.
What projects have you carried out?
We were blessed to have an incredibly successful year with installations and developments, including multiple FUZION installations, dozens of digital signage projects, new installations and upgrades to the ICB system, and several installations of count-sort equipment from CPS. On the development side, we were very happy with ICB ASAP and the overwhelmingly positive response it has received from customers.
Have you participated in any events?
We had a strong presence in tradeshows in all corners of the world, including AHG, IGA, Canadian Gaming Summit, AGE, OIGA, and G2E. It’s always exciting for us to see existing customers and to meet new ones at events, as we showcase our leading technologies.
What are your expectations for 2023? Will the firm release new products?
Our digital signage line of business continues to grow, and we have several projects on deck for 2023 in the U.S. and Canada. We are also seeing persistent demand for ICB, and as the industry continues to consider cashless options, we will install our FUZION to provide operators with multiple options, along with the dozens and dozens of benefits it brings. We will install our first ICB ASAP project in early 2023. We will also maintain our focus on our systems and automation products, including the new iVERIFY system that we introduced at G2E.
